The hotel has a fantastic location for accessing Universal Studios, with a free shuttle service that's super convenient. The rooms are comfortable and open right onto the pool area, which is a nice touch for relaxing. However, the interior decor feels outdated, and the dining options could use some improvement. The service was excellent, but the room service quality was lacking.
